What data do we collect?

When you use our contact form: First name, last name, e-mail address and your message.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: Name and e-mail address.
When you apply for a job: First name, last name, e-mail, phone number, CV, photo and your message.

How do we use your data?

To contact you (e.g. if you submit a query via the contact form).
To send the newsletter, if you have subscribed.
To process your job application.
To improve and secure our website (e.g. via analytics tools).
To comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics tools

We use technically necessary cookies, analytics cookies and marketing cookies. We use the plugin “Complianz” to obtain your consent.
We use Matomo as an analytics tool. This helps us measure, for example, how often our website is visited.

Who receives your data?

We only share your data when necessary (e.g. with our hosting provider, newsletter provider) or if required by law.
We do not transfer your data outside the EU.

How long do we store your data?

We delete your data as soon as they are no longer needed:

For job applications: No later than 6 months after the end of the selection process.
For the newsletter: Until you unsubscribe.
Server log files are usually deleted within 14 days.
You can also adjust or delete your cookie preferences at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer and object to the processing of your data.

If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example by sending us an email to privacy@mimirio.com.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you can contact the data protection authority (data-protection-authority.gv.at). Of course, we prefer it if you contact us first – so we can answer your questions.

Keeping your data safe

We implement technical and organisational security measures to keep your data safe (e.g. encrypted transmission via HTTPS, server access controls, regular backups).
Also, our team receives regular training on data protection.
