Sales Manager B2B

Mimirio develops an AI platform that makes company knowledge securely accessible and transforms it into reliable answers and concrete next steps. As part of the sales team, you are responsible for acquiring new companies and inspiring them with our solution. This includes actively building relationships and managing the entire sales process – from the first contact to closing the deal.
What you will do
- Managing the entire sales funnel: From initial outreach and qualification to creating offers, negotiating, and closing the final deal.
- Driving growth: Proactively driving our growth through networking and targeted acquisition across the entire DACH region.
- Product demos: Planning and delivering (online) product demos and presentations to show potential customers how our AI platform delivers value.
- Accurately maintaining all information in our CRM system for smooth internal and external communication.
- You are the face of Mimirio at trade shows and industry events, expanding your network and generating valuable leads.
- You always stay up-to-date on product news, industry trends, and competitors, ensuring you position our AI platform strategically in the European market.
- You set measurable sales goals and achieve your performance KPIs.
- As part of the sales team, you can work remotely most of the time but are flexible to attend occasional on-site meetings in Vienna, Austria, or Southern Germany.
What we are looking for
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales of products and solutions.
- You are passionate about technology, innovation, and AI transformation topics.
- You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy taking responsibility – while also working independently and solution-oriented.
- You enjoy working with interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Your German is excellent (at least C2) both spoken and written, and your English skills are also impressive (B2–C1).
