Full time, (Vienna) hybrid, f/m/x

As part of the sales team, you take over new companies from the sales department and show them how to use the AI-powered Mimirio platform in practice. This includes everything from the technical setup and onboarding to ongoing support and up-selling.

What you will do

  • You are responsible for building lasting relationships with our customers, especially:
    • Onboarding & training of key users, including preparation of necessary documentation.
    • Conducting regular meetings.
    • Answering ongoing questions.
    • Responsible for further developments, including contract negotiations.
    • Organizing technical implementation.
  • You work closely with the sales team and sometimes take over product demos or participate in trade fairs.
  • As part of the sales team, you can work remotely most of the time, but you are flexible and available for on-site meetings in Vienna.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Project Management or Sales of B2B products and solutions.
  • Your German is excellent (at least C2) both spoken and written, and your English skills are also impressive (B2–C1).
  • You are confident working with MS Office and have a strong interest in artificial intelligence.
  • IT systems, especially ERP systems, are familiar to you, and you enjoy bringing your experience in this area to a new team.
  • You enjoy communicating with people, feel comfortable working in a team, and take pleasure in dealing with customers.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner – we can always count on you.
  • We are looking for real employees for this position, not agencies or freelancers.
